I am pleased to announce the advent of the WPA, dedicated to professionalism in tournament poker worldwide. The WPA was incorporated on November 7th, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada as a nonprofit association. As a membership based nonprofit organization, all revenue generated will be used for the benefit of all its members.
