I went to school for photojournalism, but I'm currently working in asset management, and I'm going back to school for my Masters of Social Work. Go figure. In my spare time, I love jogging in Central Park with my miniature pinscher, Boomer. I love my friends, here and back home in PA. I feel very lucky that I have lots of options today. I love to laugh. I also love fashion, photography, dancing, swimming, good jokes, ice cream, children, watching movies, reading great books, going out and meeting new people.I spend a lot of time volunteering with Project Sunshine, which provides social, educational, and recreational services for children living with medical challenges. I'm the Deutsche Bank chapter leader at The Rusk Institute, and we make arts & crafts or play games or throw holiday parties at the hospital. Last year, I joined Project Sunshine on an AMAZING trip to visit our Kenya chapter at the Bomu clinic. I can't say enough what a great experience it was. So, this year, I decided to volunteer for two weeks at an orphanage in Peru. It was even better! Eventually, I hope to be able to volunteer on every continent except Antarctica. Once a month, I also volunteer with New York Cares to take kids from a homeless shelter on fun day trips. My favorite trips were apple picking in upstate New York and taking the children to see The Nutcracker for the first time.
