'Goodbye Monroe' is an aggressive, melodic post hardcore band that keeps you moving. It is a hand-picked group of individuals that have played in various other local bands/projects. The music has the perfect blend of metal, punk, screamo, and hardcore. With all of the members having their influences stemming from totally different, yet complimentary, directions, nothing but a unique; unified style emerges. They have a hard hitting guitar section that compliment one another beautifully. Power-packed vocals and mood shaping lyrics give the listener a bit of an anchor: a place to relate, vent, or simply be inspired. All of this is held together in perfect sync by the metal inspired, yet tasteful, rhthym section. Goodbye Monroe keeps you singing along to every word without missing a beat.
