Decided that it was about time to launch a magazine devoted to people of color and their tattoos.
The ethnic community make up a large percentage
of tattooed society and their numbers just keep growing,
however their representation in the conventional tattoo magazines (including Skin & Ink) is sparse to say the least.

Enter Urban Ink!

Hitting the newsstands January ‘07
Urban Ink will be the eyes, ears, voice and imagery
for people of color (Black, Latino, Asian, etc)
who are members of the “culture of Ink.”
Each issue will address topics unique
to the EthinicInked community
and showcase tattoo artists, shops, events, features, products and celebs from the world of Urban Ink.
Plus tons of pics of people just like you getting a chance to show their stuff.
So, get ready and we’ll see you there.
