GIANNI AGREY

Dopo aver assistito ad un set live di un noto dj toscano, nel 1986/87 Gianni si appassiona perdutamente a questa professione . Passa solo un anno poco più e inizia a suonare in alcune discoteche locali. In quel periodo il suo genere è afro, funky fino al 1991. Frequentando locali di tendenza ecco che per Gianni arriva la Progressive e in men che non si dica si ritrova a suonare per un paio di stagioni al Tenax di Firenze, al Bella Bimba di Albinia dove già c’erano i mitici after hours in collaborazione con l’Insomnia. Il 1994 segna una svolta professionale , un contratto come dj resident al Teatriz di Lugo Ravenna, grazie all’ A.D. Paolo Frosali, dove tutti i sabato sera arrivavano ben 4.500 persone, suonano con lui i migliori dj nazionali come: Moka, Cirillo,Fidelfatti, Noferini, Farfa, Mario più, Cominotto e lo scatenatissimo RICCI DJ …. È anche l’anno delle produzioni discografiche. In un garage con un paio di tastiere e un campionatore tira fuori Experimetal EP insieme a un caro amico di nome Riccardo Ferri alias Riky Effe,ora noto come grande produttore nel panorama techno. Seguiranno altre produzioni come Subterranea EP e in collaborazione con Dj Ciro Progression, Cyber Frog su Underground Records, realizzati in Media records Brescia, grazie anche a Mauro Picotto, che lo porteranno anche ad avere uno spazio per un periodo su Italia network (mastermix). Tante sono le sue presenze in locali di prestigio come Echoes Misano (grazie all’amico Ferruccio Belmonte), Chellopane Rimini, Il gatto e la volpe Ferrara, Movida Jesolo, Matis Bologna, Area City Mestre, Templares after hours, Gheodrome Rimini ecc. ecc… Dopo una pausa di un po di anni Gianni Agrey è tornato a suonare e a fondato L’ LSG GROUPUN PARTICOLARE RINGRAZIAMENTO A ROBY E MARCO DISCO
Gianni becomes passionate about the profession, after witnessing a live set from a famous Italian Dj. It wasn't even a year later he was performing in some local club. At the time his influences were Afro-Funky. During 1991 Progressive was at its most popular time in Tuscany. Gianni fully embraced it and quickly mastered it. His talent was recognized and within months he became big part of the nights at Tenax in Florence and Bella Bimba in Albina, where the most popular after hours were taking place at that time. 1994 is a big year for Gianni. A.D. Paolo Frosali signed him up to work as resident dj at Teatriz in Lugo Ravenna. Every saturday night the place was packed with more than 4.500 people. The best national dj were randomly performing. Names like Moka, Cirillo, Fidelfatti, Noferini, Farfa, Mario più, Cominotto and the "out of control" RICCI DJ. The same year in his garage with only couple of keyboards and lots of passion Gianni produced Experimetal EP. Riccardo Ferri (alias: Ricky Effe in today's days highly recognized techno producer) was involved in the project as well.The collaboration between the two friends lead to many other project. Gianni also produced Subterranea EP e in collaboration with dj Ciro Progression and Cyber Frog (Underground Records). Introduced by Mario Piccotto (Media Record Brescia), Gianni was for awhile part of Italia network (mastermix). Many are his appearances in prestigious club such as Echoes Misano (thanks to his friend Ferruccio Belmonte), Cellophane Rimini, Il gatto e la volpe Ferrara, Movida Jesolo, Matis Bologna, Area City Mestre, Templares after hours, Gheodrome Rimini... Gianni Agrey is back performing and created the LSG GROUP wA VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO ROBY & MARCO DISCO MASTELLONI
