..Innerfazed, an original rock band, began in late 2005 with founding members Ray Sutton,(lead vocals, guitar) and Will Brinkley,(bass, backup vocals). The two met while playing in various cover bands at Maestro's Studios, a local music school. After some improv sessions, they decided to combine their similar musical interests, and form an original act. James (Hurley) Hurlbert was added soon after on drums. Also joining on lead guitar, was Ken Garretson. Innerfazed began playing shows with this lineup in 2007. After a few gigs, Ken was replaced by lead guitarist Brett Sailer. This would be the lineup that Innerfazed would amaze their audiences with and become a respected original rock band on the local scene. After over a year's worth of show's, Hurley left the band and joined the U.S. Army, leaving the group to find another drummer. After working with a couple of different drummers in 2008, Innerfazed found Josh Hughes, an unknown, yet talented percussionist. Also new for 2009, frontman, lead vocalist Rob Powell, who brings his tremendous voice and stage presence to the forefront. Finishing up our current lineup, is Mike Murdock on lead guitars, replacing Brett who left to join another project. Yes, we are now five and excited about new things in store for the future.
