CHP SGT. Santiago stated ''its about 3am Saturday morning going Eastbound 4 , suddenly a blue street bike on a blue jacket and a helmet appears in front of me , and as it was telling me to come and chase me, So the chase was on, I was probably going 135 mph , next thing I knoticed was he some kind turn off his lights to be invisible, I have no idea where it was, a minute or two , he was 300 feet behind me , I can see a bright blue light coming behind my patrol car and there he was passing me going 167 mph, Even I and my back up didnt get no chance to catch up with him, the chase seems professionally plan. It seems like the run away street bike motive was to be chase and disappear like a magic illusion''
