>My name is Delane. I was raised in the south and moved to CO in my teen years. I am a mother of two of the most wonderful, blonde haired, blue eyed, little boys ever! My oldest son is 9 and my youngest is 6! They're thriving and growing like weeds! They've gotten to a very fun age, not that any age so far hasn't been. But, they've both got the greatest little personalities ever! The hours of laughter and smiles are immeasurable! I love the opportunities my babies have given me! I'm so glad I got to be THEIR mother! There is no love that comes close! I thank God for them every day! I wonder what I did before them. I wonder how I even found any meaning to life at all! I love them with all of my heart! They are happy kids and very well mannered! They're both two of the most charming, considerate little boys I've ever known...that's without the bias kicked in! ;) <3 <3I am blessed with family and friends who love me! I have 2 younger brothers. Between the two of them - I have 5 nieces and 1 nephew and my youngest niece is now 1! They're all wonderful and growing strong! I have friends that I have had since high school. I also have friends that I've made since. I wouldn't trade any of them and I love them all!I am a very loving and passionate person. I cry when my friends or family cry. I hate when a movie makes me cry - but can't turn away to avoid it. I'm sappy and easily moved by emotion. However, that's a little different than being emotional. I love the feeling I have when that happens! I can be stubborn and I can be prideful. There again, I can be laid back and just roll with the punches. It just depends on the extent of dedication and conviction I feel about the topic! No matter what, I do whatever I can to make others' lives easier. I love to make people laugh! I love people who can laugh with me and at me (when the situation calls for it). I enjoy those who can laugh at themselves as well! If you can't find humor in it, you're looking at it wrong! ;)I'm currently attending Red Rocks Community College. I am working towards that piece of paper that will get me a fun title like: Dr. Smith (Kinda sounds like Dr. Seuss)! That sounds good! But - for the short term - it is my dream to get into Alpha Theta Kappa so I can get the scholarships I will need to get the piece of paper I will need to be taken seriously! I am also wanting to find a medical massage therapy program that will teach me how to comfort babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at a hospital near you! The healing power a touch can bring can mean a world of difference for these extra small people! I would love to help those tiny babies in their struggle to survive! It's hard work when you're that little!
