I have moved on from Protein shakes to the bars in case anyone was wondering. I have also started taking my vitamins on a daily basis against my will, but I recommend all of you doing the same...I have officially become absolutely sick of going to the gym. It has become a task that consumes my every waking moment. If you hang out with me on a daily basis you can often hear me mumbling to myself "Do I go, I don't want to go, I should go, I need to go, but what difference is one day going to make" ......and so on and so on.I have just recently come to the realization that change in life is not such a bad thing and that it can actually lead to positive life experiences. I suggest that everyone make some kind of positive change in their life (necessary or not) b/c it will cleanse the soul and make you feel like a new person.
