My husband and I have been TTC a baby since 1994. We have suffered 5 early miscarriages and 2 ectopics. I am the problem with blocked tubes which was diagnosed about 2002 after several infertility treatments that ultimately lead to the 2 ectopics and the diagnosis of tubal disease and the only way we can have children to do IVF.
We are currently doing IVF. First cycle was June of 08, but we were canceled for poor response. Second cycle in September, canceled for poor response again, but changed meds and ended up with 9 follicles, just not all mature. So we are now waiting for October to try again. It's been a very very long road to having children, I am hoping this will be the end. :) I have confidence in my Drs and we are doing everything to maximize the chances.

I'm a registered nurse and I work at the local hospital. I'm a very laid back type of person, I don't get all worked up over the small stuff. I kinda live my life for the other person. I try to do my best to make others feel special. I'm not talking about the nursing, I'm talking about telling people how wonderful they are everyday, cuz you never know when you might lose them.
Married for 16 years to my husband who is active duty army. Been through several moves and deployments and still going strong as ever.
Anyway enough of the deep stuff. I love to play with my dogs. Dogs love you no matter what, I can sit in my pajamas all day and they don't care one bit. All my pets have webpages on Dogster. Pathetic, I know, lol.
I also love to travel. We have been to Germany, France, Austria and Ireland, Jamaica, Mexico and the Bahamas. Not sure where the next trip will take us, maybe New Zealand. Would love to have a RV and travel the USA with Scott and the dogs.
I run, kick box and have taken up learning how to rock climb. I love the outdoors and can sit for hours doing nothing. I'm not an over exciting person, but I do try to live life to the fullest I can and if that means taking risks, I will. I am afraid of nothing.
Life is too short to be angry all the time or take offense at what other people are doing. I learned a long time ago, that you have no control over the other person and, for me at least, its best just to do what I want/need/think is best and move on. I'll do my best to make you happy, but if I can't, oh well. And if you don't like me, it's your loss, lol.
