..I work as a senior IT consultant within several industries (currently insurance). But enough of that as that pays for my life outside of work. :) This, funnily enough, is mainly music. I've been playing since I was around 18. After trying piano, trumpet and a few other instruments I found the guitar and things (like my bank account - all guitarists will understand this!) have all gone downhill from there.I have played everything from solo up to 5 piece bands where I am happy to cover every genre of music but probably not so much into jazz (although I do like it). I normally play at local acoustic nights and various jam sessions around Essex (mainly The Swan Inn at Hatfield Peverel and the Bewicks Suite at Maldon).I'm currently doing lead guitar work and filling in with vocals for a band called Blueprint (hello geezers!) and we have quite a heavy gigging schedule which takes us all over the place. I'm also a depping musician which is always fun and keeps things that bit more interesting.And.....I am engaged to the lovely Becky! :)
