Most importantly for my sense of peace, I have a relationship with my Creator, the Lord God Almighty. I love my husband, children, grandchildren, siblings and a forever friend to many. I enjoy people and lending a helping hand. I love my country and those whom have served, given their life or a loved one to promote freedom. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I enjoy nature and getting out for a hike. Photography has been my favorite hobby for over 30 yrs and have 8 boxes of pictures spanning the youth of my children, neices and nephews. I'm the family photographer. My camera is most always at my side. I love to capture the unexpected.:::::::::::::: ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: I'm a girl of the 60's... FLOWER POWER! I am a homegrown Oregonian with an interest in anything artistic. I love photography, flower gardening, creating jewelry and watercolor painting. The Oregon Coast is one of the most beautiful places to visit! :::::::::::: I too believe we need GOD in America again people! ------------ ::::::::::: ------------ Had I taken the path of my childhood interests I most likely would have been in the entertainment field as a dancer, singer or who knows....talk show host/TV broadcasting. I'm somewhat of an extrovert. People interest me and I ask a lot of questions about their lives because I enjoy a story. <3 I grew up with music in my home. My mom had people over for jam sessions. She played guitar and sang. My sisters and brothers would hang around mom and sing or echo just at the right time. Maybe that's what inspired my original desire to be a backup singer. My teen years hit during the 60 - 70's... yep I'm THAT OLD! :::::::::: My radio was on all the time or the 45's were spinning. I have a huge vinyl album collection from the 70's. Such awesome music came from those years. I loved Rock n'Roll and the Motown sound. ____________________________________________________ Those were the days my friend. When Diana Ross and The Supremes hit the scene I should have joined their fan club. I memorized every song. When I went on academic club field trips on the school bus, the girls often asked me to sing and soon the bus was rollin down the highway with a bunch of girls singing, "Baby Love, I need your love, I need ya, oh how I need your love."..... "Stop in the name of love before you break my heart, think it O-O-ver" ..... fun times and yes, WE WERE CRAZY LIKE THAT!During my teen years I sang a short time in a Rock'n Roll band. I dated guys in bands and went to all the local dances. My brother's played guitar and put great effort into learning "Pipeline." My younger sister, learned to play guitar too. I wanted to play drums but never did, however, I did date a couple drummers - such energy! I directed all my sense of rhythm and energy into dancing, and didn't miss a beat there. Music has been a huge part of my life. There is a song for every reason and moment in time. Life would be empty without melodies and lyrics.::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::I've raised three great children who are successful contributing members of society, and they vote. Thank you very much! They are my greatest accomplishments. Together, my husband and I have these three great adult children who bring us much joy. The oldest son has blessed us with two grandchildren. The past 12 years have brought a renewed awareness in appeciating spiders, the beauty in a single bird feather or the accomplishment of catching a little fish. Oh the wonder of it all..It's all good. I love being a granny. :::::::::: :::::::::: ::::::::::I LOVE TO WALK ON THE BEACH AT SUNSET WHEN THE TIDE IS LOW WITH MY NIKON.>>I feel my best when I am helping people esp., single moms.I know Jesus Christ and love Him because he first loved me, just as I am. He is my advocate to Father God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. I was radically saved long ago and because of all the love, support, comfort, healing and peace He has given me I don't want to ever turn my spirit away from Him. I have enjoyed singing for the Lord with my church worship team, and with an outreach ministry group called, "The Band of Light" and a Bluegrass Christian band, "The Redrock Ramblers." I'm in another season now and waiting on the Lord's timing to record songs He has sung to my soul.
Christian MySpace Graphics::::::::::WHAT LOVE IS TO ME......First of all it was faith in the absoluteness of Jesus' love for ME -- and YOU......! Love is what fills my cup to overflowing and releases good things into my body that make all the stress go away .... I've experienced true and lasting love when reunited with my high school sweetheart after a 19 years separation. He proposed to me 22 years ago...where has the time gone? THE TOUCH OF LOVE....The sensation of complete peace that came right after a deperate prayer... The hot and electrical sensation that swept across my stomach as God healed me... lying in bed with my soulmate...Love feels like the warm breeze while walking the beach with the full moon guiding our steps. THE SMELL OF LOVE....Walking on velvety grass on the warm Spring day with the scent of sweet violets in the air... indescribable love while snuggling my INFANT grandson to my face and kissing his downy soft neck - THE SMELL OF A BABY IS SO SWEET! THE SOUND OF LOVE.....Hearing my sons or daughter speak the word, "mom," or when my husband calls me "sweetie." Yes, even hearing "grandma." MUSIC sweet music. THE WONDER OF LOVE... My grandson toddling around, seeing the world through his eyes as he discovered the wonders of the most simplist things in the world... a bug, a "(s)pider," a puppy, an airplane flying across the sky, speaking correctly the word "water" for the first time, comparing his hand to mine, or eating an ice cream cone together with grandpa - wow! I am truly blessed and my cup overflows with the love in being a grandma. I've experienced life as never before because of the innocent and simple perception of MY little grandchild. I AM LOVED and worthy of it! You are too!.............Some say I have a love relationship with my cameras... maybe so - would that be the "shot" of love?..
