About Me

Hello, my name is Jason. I'm a personal trainer at F3fitness. Before I started working out there, I was around the 220lbs mark. After making the decision to dedicate myself to working myself back into shape, I was able to transform my body physically in as little as 3 months. Getting down to 177lbs. I know everybody is built different and are unique. But I also know the benefits this gym has to offer. Its special in the fact that we offer small group based classes that allow the trainer to give each person in the class the know how to perform these intense, productive, fully functional exercises in a safe manner.
