Peter is a member of the Philadelphia SWAT unit. He has two brothers, Sammy (in jail for robbing a liquor store) and Tommy (a pro ball-player), as well his mother, who passed away some years before. Peter's father had run off many years ago, leaving his mother to raise the kids. Peter met Roger during the siege on 'the people of 107', and they became immediate friends. After leaving the people of '107' Peter and Roger head off to meet Roger's drinking buddy Steven and Steven's girlfriend Fran. The four of them set off in the News Station Helicopter that Steven flys, and end up in a shopping mall. (Where the four of them stay and try to live a normal life as well as they can acess).
