Henry Peguero (sonny blackz) was born in Manhattan, Washington Hights.With both parents from the Dominican Republic. He moved to the south bronx at the age of 6 to 240 Mount Hope pl. not far from Weeks ave. where Jim Jone and Hell Rell from the dipset once lived. Henry Peguero (sonny blackz) was only 16 years old when he started to write music and perform in local parties and night clubs like rumba that was once known as the fever back in the 80's. Until Henry Peguero (sonny blackz) was about 22 years old he began to push his self foward and join a group called the Hitmakerz. With the help of his older brother Martin Peguero (moe millions) c.e.o of Dejavu ent. During this astonishing experience sonny would perform nationwide and also appear in numerous magazines such as the Source and True magazine. Though out his career he has written over 375etc songs up to date with the ability to write in english and spanish. He has also written promo songs for dj's such as Eddie Brosco from 103.5 in Oklahoma city,Roy Barboza and dj Lus from hot 93 in Boston Massachusetts. He also appeared in numerous mixtapes, know at the age of 26 he feels that he is ready to show the world that he his one of the best hiphop artist to come around in many years.
