I love theology and philosophy, politics, reading, writing, studying, singing, talking, being quiet, hanging out with my family, travelling, photography, art, and getting pedicures. I enjoy sitting in the outdoors, regardless of the weather, and just resting in the glory and goodness that is our God. I enjoy sunshine and moonlight. I like watching tall grass blow in the wind. I like opera and fingerpainting. I love snowboarding and stargazing. I enjoy doing almost anything with the people that I love.
I would most definitely love to meet Arnold Schwarzeneggar, President Bush, Elizabeth Elliott, and probably some others, though not in that specific order. But above all, I long to meet my Savior and my God face to face. I have seen glimpses of His glory and tasted of His goodness, and my entire being craves to know Him in the fullest sense...(and I used to want to meet the man who would be my husband, but I already know who that is!) :-)
I love the groups Selah, Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Nickelcreek, Third Day, Shane and Shane, and other groups like them.
My all time favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice (the 5-hour long BBC mini-series version). But other than that, I've become very picky and don't really like much else, although I do enjoy classic black and white movies like Sergeant York, Every Girl Should Be Married, Bringing Up Baby, and stuff like that.
I don't watch TV.
To quote a pretty decent movie: "I could no sooner choose a book than a star in the heavens." Almost all books are favorites to me because something can be learned from them all. I just love to read! Well, actually, let's just say that I can usually find something worthwhile in any book written before the 1900's, and after that, I prefer to read only C.S. Lewis (or any theologian/philosopher on par with him) and, very rarely, a social commentary in novel form (for example, "All the King's Men", "Animal Farm", etc).
My parents and my sister, the Apostle Paul, and Lady Jane Grey
