There is currently a Federal District Court case in Ohio's Southern District Court. The case alleges civil rights violations, fraud and malfeasance on a massive scale, orchestrated across Ohio in 2004 and continuing to this day. The Republican Party is fingered in the suit but this is not an issue the Democratic Party wants addressed either.

This entire effort is an effort of the citizens of the United States against the very system of control that should be representing it, not controlling it. In a manner similar to the global warming issue, the media, it's owners and corrupt government on both sides of the isle are doing their best to bury this issue. However, as we've discovered, organized election rigging is a reality we cannot simply "get over" and it's getting worse as methods are honed on both electronic and paper voting systems alike.
