About Me

This always sucks, but here goes nothing.... At this point I am the Wellness Coordinator at your local YMCA, and NO!! I will not make a workout for you. j/k I probably would if you asked nicely. It's been a crazy 3 or 4 years, atleast the parts I can remember anyway. I've been singing for The Murphy Project since about 2001 or whenever it was that Brock and I started that whole crazy mess. I enjoy singing very much and look for any opportuninty to do so. If you know of any...call me, or just hit me up on this crazy thing. I have a Smart, Funny, Beautiful girlfriend, Her name is Brandy. We trip over things together and share ridiculous nerd factoids. It's kinda weird, but cute at the same time. I'm taking every day as it comes right now. Trying to survive by performing music and working as a Trainer at the moment. I hope to be NSCA certified here shortly. After that who knows.... I look forward to doing some song writing soon. I'm probably one of the most laid back people you will ever meet, and that is all I can think of right now...till we meet again....

Love to play and sing! music in general is the most amazing thing in the world. When all else fails it's what i run to. Love sports also!
