iLL iNTELLEKs Record of Modern War BLINDoG Records 2008
BLINDOG Records is headquartered at the infamous Burlington Factory Studios with professional recording equipment, a staff sound engineer, Funkster Scottum (Vermont Dub Matrix) and a media design company (Avalon Independent) Blindog Records will be collaborating with RuffLine Entertainment to record, produce, promote and distribute it's artists' works locally and worldwide.
BLINDoG P STAR is not a terrible DJ, but no one has heard the sound of a large crowd's gasping dismay at the needle being torn off the record more than this "DJ", if one would even call him that. Throughout his violently fast rise to tour, event venue and radio prominence this "DJ" has rudely refused to accept requests at every opportunity, demonstrated little or no respect for his peers, completely ignored mainstream popular music as well as his audiences while spinning only exactly what he felt like hearing and saying exactly what he felt like saying at any given moment with no regard or concern for the consequences. The self taught scratch turntablist would much rather explode with feverously unconventional cuts (the uncanny tightness at best attributed to consistent dumb luck) over the beats of his live hip hop groups than appease the popular media feed club or party dancers. Still most listeners, though initially frozen in disbelief at their ears, hours or days later are hit by the poignant underpinned genius of BLINDoG P STAR's lack of style and unfettered unadulterated originality.
BLINDoG P STAR is currently the DJ/Turntablist/Producer/Hype/Vocalist for iLL iNTELLEKs, D.Shot's DJ/Turtablist/Co-Producer and the host of 90.1 WRUV's most contraversial radio show, Righteous Hustle, Tuesdays 2-4pm
