Composer/pianist Robert Bruce has developed a catalogue of original music over the last three decades that includes music for children, piano repertoire, music for film, television and animation, music for healing/meditation, music for multimedia presentations and a collection of modern artsongs. His music is tonal with a fresh sound and has been described as "blues impressionistic." He has recently termed his overall style, genre and his live performance ensemble "Classical Nouveau."
