About Me

..

..

I am 27 years old currently living in Salem,VA. Born just outside of Tampa, FL (Bradenton). We haven't made any firm commitment to stay here, in fact, I have been off and on in talks with my employer on transferring to either Orlando, or another location in South Florida.

Now that we have that covered, for job, I have many titles. My full time job is with FedEx Ground. I am the driver for the Danville, VA route and Eastern Pittsylvania counties. I am also a volunteer EMT / Firefighter. I have decided at this point of my life, to focus towards other more rewarding goals while looking for a permanent place to call "home".My one true passion and aspiration in my life, has been stormchasing. I went out on my first chase when I was 14, and have been doing it ever since. It's just who I am.I am a class coordinator for the National Weather Service Skywarn program in Blacksburg, VA. I also do damage assessment for them when called upon, i.e., rule in / rule out tornado, etc.

I am married with an awesome wife and 3 four legged kids, Wrangler, Tika, and Maverick. My wife is primarily a domestic engineer but she also makes fleece blankets for sale. She is in the process of begininnig a home-based customer service company. She is also a stormchaser like me, and a co-owner of my team, STORM, a non-profit chase team with members in 13 states. You'll prob. see more on that in my blogs.Wrangler is a 3.5 year old Chocolate Lab. My friends sometime hear me refer to him as my son. He's a good dog, all 100 plus pounds of him although sometimes he's hard headed and tries to act dumb.Tika is the 35 pound part border collie and german shepherd that can open a Texas sized can of whoop*** on the 100 pound Lab. She's my little girl too. She's 7, but can go wide open like the 3 year old Lab. We also try to pass her off as a cousin of Crash Bandicoot. If you've ever seen the games, then you would understand.Maverick is the 1 1/2 year old orange Bengal/Tabby mix. He is orange and has the stripes like the tabby, but also the "leopard spots" like a bengal. He's cool too, but he's most definately a momma's boy.
