Final Cause was formed by Adam Ferguson (vocalist/guitarist), Jim Franklin (drummer), and John Stone (guitarist/vocalist) in late 2004. Bass player Eric "Wha?" joined the group in the summer of 2005.
The band members are serious and accomplished musicians, each bringing over 15 years of performing and recording experience to the group.
Final Cause performs original music and a few selected covers, blending influences from alternative rock, blues, funk, and jazz to form a danceable and widely accessible brand of music. Final Cause has begun gigging in the Columbus, Ohio area, and is currently recording their first album.
