Acting, singing and dancing are the top three and in that order. By dancing I mean, ballet, tap, jazz and modern. I love writing whenever I get a chance. Taking pictures. Rollerblading. Cooking. I wish I was actually able to pursue all of the things that interest me. My interests are broad and most times I'll jump at an opportunity to do something new and exciting. But since time is limited, or so it feels, I only actively pursue a couple of things.

Showtunes dominate my music collection. However, I also have an affinity for female singers such as Jill Sobule, Bif Naked, Janis Joplin, Tori Amos, Ani DeFranco. Aside from that, classic rock, 80s rock, pop, punk, folk, some rap... Basically, everything.
My favorite new show of the season was Heroes and Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Sticking with the super heroes I still love Smallville, though I'm slightly embarrassed to say it, I don't know why. And Lost is still keeping me happy for the moment.
I've always loved books...the way they look, the way they smell, the way they feel.... Unfortunately, by the time I get to the bottom of the page I have no idea what I just read. I'll make a self-diagnosis of ADD. But seriously, Shakespeare first and foremost. Arthur Miller is close behind. Margret Atwood with The Handmaid's Tale and Oryx and Crake. And as far as poetry goes, I love Sharon Olds and Denise Duhamel.
It bothers me that I can't answer this question. Does everyone have a hero? For someone to be my hero, I woud have to know them personally. There are plenty of people that I admire and hope to achieve similar greatness, however I wouldn't call them my heroes.
