MyGen Profile GeneratorSinger/Songwriter Joanne Birchall started her career as an actress playing the part of Siobhan in channel 4s hit soap Brookside which led onto roles in BBC's Nice Guy Eddie and ITVs feature film My Beautiful Son.
Throughout her career Joanne has covered numerous photographic modeling assignments for Sky and Sky Sports amonst others, and she holds various beauty titles up and down the country.
As a finalist in ITVs original Pop Idol show, Joanne was spotted by boyband Westlife who personally invited her to support them on their 'Unbreakable' tour, she then went on to perform at many arenas and summer roadshows (Summer pops, Party in the Park, Children in Need)..
Joanne featured on the album "Broadway and Beyond" performing a duet of 'Beauty and the Beast' with one of the West End's leading men, Peter Corry. She also sang along side legend Donny Osmond live on radio 2, and covered the Spin Doctor's Number 1 hit 'Two Princes' with the band themselves during her time in New York..
Joanne is now a published songwriter, based in London and signed to Warner-Chappell in Sweden, which is home to some of the worlds top song writers. Over the past 12 months she has been busy co-writing with two of the UK's top writer/producers Gary Barlow (Take That) and Eliot Kennedy amongst others.Jo has recently returned from a writing trip to Nashville, USA where she recorded with world class musicians on her debut album!..
