There is one word to describe me: Machiavellian. I idolize the character of Kathryn in the movie Cruel Intentions. I am easily distracted. I am a total nerd, but people love it. I don't believe in absolute truths. I don't worship or believe in any type of deity or divinity. I am overpowered by raw emotion all the time. I love tattoos. I am unconditional as a friend. I have experienced things the average woman my age has never even dreamed of, and because of that I have a problem with people telling me what to do, and how to live my life. I have a soft spot for villain characters. I don't fraternize with drug addicts. I love to do what I am told not to do. I am full of contradictions and paradoxes, but who said humans were simple? I firmly believe that humanity has let its children down, I hope one day the children of the world walk free from war, disease, hunger, sorrow and poverty; let's remember that we all have been children. I quote books, movies and songs all the time. My family and my friends come before anything and anyone. I detest selfishness. I eat entirely too much junk food and sweets. I am fascinated by science and numbers. I have never read The Well of Loneliness, I don't wear birkenstocks, I don't have short hair, I don't listen to flannel dyke folk music, I don't own a subaru, I have never worn a flannel shirt, I don't know the names of the Indigo Girls, I don't call my butch friends "bois," and I think you look like the Count from Sesame Street when you pop your collar ... but I am still very much a lezbot. I talk too much sometimes, I am working on talking less and listen more. I never forget people who have been good to me. I party hard, my weekends start on wednesdays. I love to meet new people, if you see me out there, come say hello ... you may call me D, and it will be my very good honor to meet you.
