Ive been goin to gym for almost 2yrs now after a 24 and a half year break Im feeling Great! I think its awesum to be geting into great shape with a great deal more fitness and alot cleaner lungs! I try to go out for runs a couple of times a week. Ive gained a bunch of strength and gone from a muscle-less guy to a tuff man who is feared by all!! hahaha Maybe not feared by all but my old self would fear me!
I enjoy sitting around watching tv and i enjoy goin out once or twice a week, i like to make a highlight for the week a friday or saturday night and the rest of the time just a chance to watch tv, go to gym, chill out with my mates, and use the computer. I am 26 (maybe 27 if i havent updated it) so ive moved beyond my run-a-muck days, but ive had a great past and have seen many cool things happen, i still know how to party and have a great time, but with old age approaching im just doing it a lil less!
