For those who are into metaphors, the Killer Grapes can be likened to a good bottle of WA wine without the pretentious self praising label of course. This vat of goodies started bubbling somewhere during the 05/06 summer season, and has been intoxicating people ever since. Indeed, the four unique fruits that make up the mix create dimension, flavour and a hint of spice to this interesting blend. Residing on the ancient laterite soils of the Swan Coastal plain makes for an assertive - but not overpowering potion, which need not be served with cheese. The Killer Grapes can be enjoyed now, and will certainly improve with age.
For the metaphorically challenged, The Killer Grapes are a band; a musical band in fact. They play real guitars, drums that need sticks to operate, and sing in such a manner that most people can identify actual words. Influenced by a seemingly endless list of classic and contemporary rock acts, The Killer Grapes do not aspire to fit into any one particular genre of rock.
