I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm a bit of an Auburn fan for those who didn't notice.

My Interests

OK, First let me just say "AUBURN FOOTBALL!! WAR DAMN EAGLE!!!!" Now that's outt'a the way, I have a lot of interest, but the second most important is spending time with family and friends. I tend to spend a lot of time on the computer, but my little sister has moved to London for the next 2 years, so this makes the perfect way to keep in touch and not go broke doing it. OK, OK,....I'm a My Space addict also, but so what. If your reading this, then chances are that you are too! Anyway...I'm pretty much up for anything, from wandering around the city at night and hitting the clubs, to quiet nights at home with a good bottle of wine and an old movie. It takes very little to keep me entertained. My fovorite past time is just being outdoors. I hunt and fish, not so much for the sport, but just to be out there and to feel the sun on my face as I stand on the edge of the water, or the sway of the tree in the wind as I sit in my tree stand. Its just a good feeling.

You don't fit every Republican stereotype, but you definitely belong in the Republican party. How Republican Are You?

I'd like to meet:

I'm pretty much up for any conversation you throw my way, from religion to the band down the street, it doesn't take much to keep me interested, so everyone WELCOME!Bo and Pat may not have changed the world, but they sure know how to play some COLLEGE FOOTBALL! WAR EAGLE!!

Music:

Anything and everything. img src="http://i.mynicespace.com/0/50.gif" alt="myspace code"

Movies:

I am a movie buff, end of story. Top 5 include : What Dreams May Come, The Shawshank Redemption, Cast Away, Stange Brew, and the Green Mile.

Television:

I watch very little regular T.V. When I do, I tend to go Discovery, Comedy Central, or the Cartoon Network. I like Dirty Jobs, The Deadliest Catch, Chappelle Show, Adult swim, and Family Guy to name a few. Dexter on Showtime is definitly worth watching.

Books:

Stephen King, Dean Koontz, John Carpenter, James Patterson, Dave Berry, Jonathen Kellerman, just to name a few of the new guys. I do hit the classics every now and then too. Hemingway, Faulkner, and Melville...those guys never get old.

Heroes:

Heroes is a very powerful word. My family will always be considered heroes to me because in the thirty years that I have been on this earth, not one of them has ever let me down. I also consider all the people out there right now defending this country to be heroes. To all of you anti-war crack pots, I hope your on the next plane when a terrorist stands up to announce that he is taking the controls. (You'de probably still blame the government for making him do it.) I do not think that Abuda Aduba is going to come over and bang on my door one morning waving a gun, but I do believe that before I die, I will wake up one morning to the sounds of a news crew crying over another tragedy like 9/11. Our Soldiers are over there right now trying to keep that from happening, and every American hating douche bag that they find and incapacitate, that is one less douche bag that may try to plant an explosive on your child's next flight to Grandma and Grandpa's house. I think that eveyone has a little hero in them, and most of us would probably charge into the burning building to save the crying baby without really thinking about it, but thats just it, you don't really think about it until its over. It takes guts to lay awake at night thinking of the near miss that happened that day and to know that it will probably happen again tomorrow, but to still get up and put that uniform on. To everybody that protects me while I stumble through my day and write useless comments on My Space at night, Thank you.
