Contest rules:1.you can vote five times && may vote for yourself
2.enter the contests, don't make someone else enter for yoo!
3.being in the contest comes on a first come,first serve basis.
4.you win a contest when you reach 80 votes,for now.this will change when i get more friends,more participants,and more voters.
5.enter a contest whenever you want.
6.the only way you'll be excluded from being in a contest (even if you were on time) is if your picture doesn't qualify.(like if it's for a blonde contest and you send in a picture of yourself and you have brown hair)
