My name is Carmen. I am now a Junior in highschool and I'm getting closer and closer to being in the real world. I am single and crushing majorly. I'm a choirnerd. Choir means the world to me. I can't imagaine my life without singing. I do enjoy listening to the Jonas Brothers, you should already know that about me. I love watching kid movies and kid shows waaaay more than a 16 year-old should. I crave Ruby Red Squirt and Pepsi Throwback all the time. I choose to be different. I try to shelter myself but fail most times. I am a girl that likes Star Wars and Godzilla, deal with it. I want to sing a duet with Kevin Jonas or David Archuleta, one day. God is a part of my life, if you don't like that, then don't talk to me. I am much more confident when I am in a large group, not so much when I am by myself. I enjoy being a theater kid. I love the sun and the rain, especially when it happens at the same time. I want to become famous, someday.
I miss the old days when you dreamed of being a princess and all of the boys had cooties. The only decision you had to make was whether you wanted to play on the monkey bars or swing on the swings. It didn't matter what you wore or how your hair looked. You didn't want to know what the "s" word was. You actually liked PE and didn't complain about doing school work. I miss those days when you never talked back to your parents and believed in Santa. You liked going to church and hanging out with your parents. You only wanted toys for Christmas, never clothes. And at the end of the day, you prayed for mommy, daddy, your siblings, your pets, and for tomorrow to be just a great as today.

Those people up there (plus many others) have touched my heart in some way that makes me want them to stay in my heart for a long time. I hope I still know all of these people when I am older. That probably won't happen but you can always hope, right?
