METAL BEER HORROR WEBZINE has been in existence since April 1st, 2005 when I got my computer back after it had been fucked up for over eight months. I could have continued on with RUSH OF POWER (the webzine I did before starting MBH), but fuck it, I like to change shit up often.
Sure, this site sucks, but you know what? I've been doing this shit for a long time and I've been listening to metal and watching horror films for over 20 years...I think I know what the fuck I'm talking about!
Poorly written by an overly-opinionated jackass who types WAY to fucking fast and is too much of a lazy fat ass to proof-read anything he posts, METAL BEER HORROR brings the term "Webzine" to a new low (if that term wasn't there already)!

Only a month late with this shit...not too bad considering that my life has been a bit busier than normal latley and I haven't had time to keep up on shit thats going on. Also haven't had time to listen to alot of stuff and watch other stuff and get out to shows and all that good shit, but that means I got tons of stuff to get to and that this site should be really fucking strong as far as content goes (barring any sort of disasters like computers suiciding themselves on me last year).
Anyway...here's some news for ya.
AUTOEROTICASPHYXIUM ZINE
There is a good chance the next issue of AEA I begin working on will be the first issue of a new fanzine. I've considered this move for a while and now seems like a fitting time to implement it. I'm considering naming the new zine Faustina Karpathia, after the vampiress who has appeared on each cover of AEA since issue 5, but nothing is set in stone yet. All the promo CDs and zines I have received will be featured in this issue, along with the interviews I have discussed with a few of you. More information on this will be presented in the near future. -Dave Wolff
What else is happening locally? As usual, MAGUS BEAST are looking for a permanent drummer, COMBAT and DTA (finally) have t-shirts for sale, CASTROFATE, MARTYRD, and VERMEFUG are still making NYC the best place in the country for underground thrash metal, SKULLSHIFTER will play a few shows while CJ's cover band BONEDADDY will play even more...ya know...the same ol' shit.
