About Me

If you are reading this you probably know me, formed your own opinion and hopefully its a positive one.As of late all I care about is honesty. It seems hard to find people who can give an honest answer these days and so I really admire those who do. Nobody is perfect and I do it myself, but its the ones who habitually lie that annoy me.

My Interests

Cars - I love rally car racing, it brings together my two loves: Watching cars fly by at 90 MPH in the middle of a forest or with a sunset backdrop is amazing. I work at local pro rally races in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. Started back in 2002 at Rim of the World Rally. I used to also race in road rallies when I had my old Corolla. A lady totalled it with her truck when it was parked on the street...I was mad. But now I have a Lancer to road rally, and in 08 will be trading it in for an Evo.

Music - I play guitar, bass, trombone and used to play trumpet, tuba.

Cooking - I've been cooking since I was 13 and am damn good at it. I was even a cook at a few restaurants when I was 17 and 19

Photography - Nature, Car events

Sports - Football (Steelers), Soccer (Galaxy)

I'd like to meet:

Anyone interested in Rallying. Drivers, spectators or anyone who likes the sport.

Music:

..
Hip Hip Violin And DJ - The funniest movie is here. Find it I am interested in all types of music. If you looked at my Ipod you would find an assortment of jazz, rap, rock, r&b, oldies, country, and more. My favorite band has to be Sublime from Long Beach, CA. I've seen a couple bands in concert, though the best had to be in a small hollywood cafe, seeing The Guillemots and The Music Lovers perform.

Movies:

Caddyshack, Stripes, Old School, The Life Aquatic, What the Bleep Do We Know, Rushmore, Lost in Translation, any of the National Lampoon's movies with Chevy Chase, Spies Like Us, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, L.A. Story, Blues Brothers, Syriana, Smokin' Aces

Television:

I spend a lot of my "TV" time watching rally videos on youtube. South Park, Family Guy, The Daily Show, Comedy Central, Discovery Channel, Planet Earth, History Channel, Mythbusters, and Speed Channel. I also like old japanese TV shows like Furuhata Ninzaburo, Doraemon, Totoro...all of the old stuff from when I was in Japan.

Books:

The Lovely Bones, Da Vinci Code, The Light of Falling Stars, Prey, The Great Train Robbery, State of Fear. Michael Crichton is #1

Heroes:

I think my most influential hero has been my grandma. She was always there for me growing up. She was also a college girl at heart in her old age. She loved to meet people and go on trips. Shes was overall good person. Rest in Peace. And of course my parents. Even when I have done extremely stupid things they have had my back and that has always made it easier to fix my problems.
