Folks who'd like to play / perform/ have an art show at Sirius Community in Shutesbury MA.If you are a - musician-artist-storyteller-performer and are looking for a performance space, please read the bellow description and contact me if your intrested.Performance Spaces Available:. 150+ capacity, 100 comfortably: A large and beautiful room. Natural building, most of the material are trees harvested from the surrounding woods. Very high ceiling, think a circus tent. The acoustics are gorgeous, a rich , full sound heard clearly at every place in the room. Only catch is its a no-shoe or slipper zone.. 300+: Outdoor venue, great for warmer months. Stage setup provided. Right outside of the community center on a circular social space.Equipment available on sight:. Two Mikes. . Projection screen and digital projector. . PianoKind of bands that would love this place:any kind of folk or lo-fi rock. Dancing would definatly be great here, but not too wild. I'm open to any kind of band.Promotion:I'd need you to do the majority of your own promo but am definatly willing to help out in the following ways: send announcment to the local papers, hang up flyers you've made, spread the word.Food options:There is also the option of having a meal / potluck along with your show. A pizza party with local - hand made incredients my favorite method.Crafts:If you want to bring crafts or invite crafty friends to set up tables, your more than welcome.
