I'm Ken Banks.
I just moved to Plano, TX in March.
I am a level designer at a computer and video game company called Gearbox Software. I create environments and lighting and mood and atmoshpere, as well as plan out and implement gameplay. Even though it is a lot of work, I'm passionate about my work because it is another creative outlet for me. I love creating.
My biggest passion is music.
I went to the Family Values show last year to see the Deftones. It was insane and got pretty crazy out on the lawn (and wet and muddy), but I loved it.
I'm currently working on a music project called Omega. I play guitar, and am putting together some songs on my computer. Omega is a mostly heavy, experimental project. I'm using unconventional means towards creating certain effects and structure in the songs. I'll create a site for the music when there's more to listen to.
I'm a very passionate, respectful, and creative person.
