When it comes to Hip Hop in CANADA, Pancho Via is at the top of the up and coming list. Having released his first single indepedantly in 2003 which got numerous undergrond spins on college radio he then began working with a well known Toronto underground label called Parkland Records. Together with the label "On The Clock" Pancho's first mixtape was released in 2005. With the success of "On The Clock" , Pancho got the attention of not only the competition in his city but show promoters and and fans alike wanting to see Via live! Pancho began doing shows all over the city and its outskirts etching his name in the minds of the people who saw him. In 2007 Pancho Via is head of his own label Alien Nation and has released "On The Clock pt2, Still Moving" along with his Dj Little Italy's mixtape called "The Aliens Have Landed" Now being more than 5 years deep in the game Pancho has perfected his craft and is ready to take the next step into the business world of the game. His music is a reflection of his life and what he sees around him. Not to be confused with the typical"rapper" Pancho offers the listener a taste of everything from real street material to party music and everything in between. With "The Most Hated" mixtape set to drop in Feb. 08 and the album "Untapped Soil" slated for late 08/early09 Pancho is ready to make his mark in not only the North American market but world wide!
