Lakeisha Richardson, (born 9 August 1991), better known as Kiva, is a Singer-Songwriter, Aspiring Actrist, and Dancer. Her Genre of music includes R&B, Pop, & Soul. Kiva was born in Atlanta,Georgia but residing in Memphis,Tennessee since 1993. She has done School Talent shows, sang Karaoke, and sang to Larry Dotson of the Bar-Kays. Kivaz singing voice is Mocking, Sophisticated, Soulful, and Uplifting.A Family tragedy struck in May of 2008 that left Kiva devastated. Her closest Uncle had died of a Massive Heart-Attack. His last Inspiring words to her were, "when you make it as a Singer I want to be your Bodyguard". Ever since then she's been more focused and dedicated to her music and also achieving her dream. In December of 2008 she recorded her smash song she wrote (produced by her dad Maru) called, "No Future". The song is about a past relationship she was in and she informs the guy that what they have is through and their's nothing else he can say or do about it. It's "No Future". She feels that the relationship she went through was a learning experience and it opened her eyes.Kivaz currently recording videos of her singing and uploading them onto YouTube, the most Successful Website for Talented People of all kind.
