Okay so to know me is to love me or....... Well, my kids are constantly telling me that I am a "crazy Puerto-Rican"... Hmm...I am wondering if there is any truth to that. Okay, I accept the compliment lol...I love people and having fun and have been told that I can also be the life of the party(if I get a chance.)There is no age range for me. I love people,little ones,(it's the teacher in me) old ones,(oldest friend was 88)and yes, I do like teenagers with their unpredictable behaviors. I was one too, so how can I not understand, right?I have 3 kids that I love more than they know. Along with those 3 kids I have 3 beautiful grandbaby boys who have me wrapped around their finger. One I have had the priviledge of helping raise(and chase.) He is a little sunshine that brings me joy,( brought to me by Joy)and a beat in my heart. The other two live so far away and I hate that I am not close by.I want them to have their "Lela" too to see them grow up. They are all special and loved equally by this Lela.I love my culture and "mi isla" of Puerto Rico. My people's hospitality and the colorful language. I hear that I can cook a mean "arroz con gandules". I am wanting to see my family there soon and rediscover my roots.I love singing and acting and dancing salsa. Wished I could have been an actress or a professional background singer.(I'd rather sing with people than alone.)I like acting as it is such a way of expression. All 3 of my kids can act and they can sing too.(wonder where they got it from?)lol..I am here for friends and also to possibly brighten someones dreary day by offering a kind word. We can all make a difference in someones life just by influence. I want to know I leave a good mark.
