I am a registered nurse with a plastic surgeon in a surgery center. That means no weekends and no holidays. I am absolutely loving it. I spend the majority of my time in the OR as the circulating nurse and then recovery patients after surgery. I actually got to put a suture (aka stitch for you non medical people) in a real live person the other day. It was so awesome!
I have been married for about six and a half years. I married Bigg aka Mike, the guy I dated my frosh year of college. He works for Bank of America and is the reason I now live in Charlotte, NC.
I have an adorable yellow lab named Bacchus. He is 94 pounds and thinks he is a lap dog. He loves to play soccer and recently had to have knee surgery due to an injury from playing! My sisters dog, Spike, is also currently living with us. He is a german shephard/shar-pei mix. He is absolutely adorable with his big ears. He and Bacchus are the best of friends.
