The Global Illumination Council is a society of individuals who've come to place within themselves where the old paradigm has outlived it's usefulness. We are a collaborative of peoples from around the world who have taken a stand to live in accordance with the natural laws of the Universe and have pledged to support others who have taken this brave path. The Council is operated by our Executive Director, Metaphysician, Dr. Bernard A. Alvarez, our Executive Board of Directors and members from around the Earth.
