About Me

Who am I? I'm a bitch. I'll tell you that flat out. I am a product of my environment. I'm a mother. I like to think that I'm a good mother. No one's perfect, but I love my boys, and I do everything I can to try to keep them happy. I'm a dreamer. I like to think that things will always work out peachy keen, although the realist in me usually tells me otherwise. I love animals, big & small. I practically live on chocolate. I love black, purple & orange. I'm fascinated by history. I'm intrigued by the supernatural. I love cars. I can diagnose and repair, to an extent. I prefer a manual transmission over an automatic. I own 2 cars. They may not look like much to you, but I hold the titles to both, and I am the sole driver of both. My cars are like family to me, and I am very fussy in ways about them both. Btw, I'm a total Dodge girl...although I'm not too proud to own a GM. I'm a Pepsi person- if you try to feed me Coke or RC Cola, I will reem your ass out. I love books & long letters. I love being with my friends, but most of them are 2 hours away. I've been used & abused, although I must admit that I've done my own share of using (shut up, if you're human, you've used someone, at some point in your life). Again, I am a product of my environment. I was a very young mother. My ex-husband hurt me, in every sense of the word (and I loved that man fiercely). I was forced to move away from my children, or face homelessness. That was probably the hardest decision of my life, but it was temporary. One of the two loves of my life passed away suddenly & unexpectedly..I came home and found him. I have still not recovered from it. I probably never will. My family is constantly bickering. I've made it through alot of shit. It hasn't been easy, but I am who I am today because of it all. Let me tell you again: I am a bitch. And, I'm at a good place with that. ............................................................ .......................................................... .....I'm a proud mom of 2 awesome boys, ages 8 & 13. My kids are my world. I have the best friends that a girl could have. Incredible can't even begin to describe them. I don't even know what I would do without Kari & Jess. Seriously. I love my car & I consider her a part of my family. I work at a car dealership (my specific workplace is a small lot, but it is part of a large GM dealership (...where I used to work, btw...), which is right where I want to be. I love my job, actually. I'm the only female in the establishment, which is a-ok, considering I grew up with my dad & I have 4 older brothers. I have no problem being one of the guys one minute, and a girly-girl the next. Anyway, my job is awesome, and you should probably be jealous. ............................................................ .......................................................... I am a huge music lover. I basically love all music, except religious and jazz. I'm a rocker girl, all the way & my favorite band is Staind. Gotta give a shout out to Soul Spiral....I love you guys & y'all fuckin' rock!!! We aren't married...yet....but my hubby has changed my life. I was empty inside until we crossed paths again. We've known each other for nearly 20 years, he was my first boyfriend, and now, after many ups & downs, 2 children each & a failed marriage for each of us, we've managed to come together again, and we WILL stand the test of time. I am so lucky, and so proud to have him. He makes me happier than I've ever been in my entire life. We are kindred spirits, soul mates, best friends. I love you, Byron!!!
