YUNG BUGSEY –
Marc A Lee, first born of Three boys, was born at Denver Regional Hospital, March 24th, in Denver Colorado to single mother Kresta "Tia" Lee. Growing up in the East Denver and Aurora area, living between mother and now decesed grandmother, and no father figure, I learned how to maneuver in the streets in negative and positive manor to keep the mentality to become a great artist. I started writing music around the age of 13 and started learning how to make music around 2001 as a freshman in high school, when a good friend and I were just making music on Casio keyboards and the Playstation MTV Music Generator video game. This taught me how to put music into format and bars. I began experimenting more on my own, writing music by the age of 17.
In 2003 after my grandmother first began her illness in which caused her to pass in 2007. I recorded and performed my first song “Tender Kisses†with little brother Chukk and best-friend Faith L. in 2005. The song is still a hit with the ladies, and was the first step into my success. Her passing made me stronger and made me feel that as the oldest i had to step-up and help take care of the household. Music was a major focus in my life and never thought of giving it up.
Major influences include Master P because of his leadership in carrying and handling a label during the mid to late 90s. Cash Money, Pastor troy, Tupac, Nas and Fabolous and Trey Songz. I believe music is supposed to have a meaning behind it and not just something you can ride and bounce to, eventhough the energy of making a good party song is the way of the world now. There is a lot i can bring to the table because of my versitile ability to write songs for every part of the audience.
There is a lot of energy in this new young voice coming from North Carolina and can hold down an image of how star is supposed to shine. I wanna give back to the kids in the communities because the kids of today are in a society of where there really is no common code to the streets anymore, we are jus living off of free will to do as we please, which causes a lot of young people to end up dead or in jail..
Aside of the music, im continuing my education in child pediactrics and medicine. Education has always been number one in my life. Music and Arts are God given talents since being a child. Making music is a dream waiting to be fulfilled along with many more dreams waiting to be accomplished in my life. Music productions for many of the songs performed by myself were produced by local friends who helped to push and further this mission of accomplishment.
With a now successful indie company of many different and versitile artists, its really starting to get hard to stop the guy from making it possible. Now in my early 20s, im here to show that im ready to take over the game and find a home to represent to the best of my abilities. Look out for the name its unbearable.........
