Life is journey in which love, loss, and struggle are prominent. A true songwriter is capable of depicting these experiences from a personal perspective, which draws people close to the story of the ballad. Paul jameson will make you feel both comfortable and distraught with his soaring melodies and lyrical ability that is sure to hit home. Paul tells tales that are as emotional as they are tough, and as heart wrenching as they are joyful. His gritty vocals freely share melody with his harmonica-wailing, while his full chord strumming carries the rhythm and backbone of the songs. With a bottle of whiskey in one hand and a pen in the other, he works his way into the hearts of the truly lovesick and broken-hearted among us.

Folk music will never die. And 1 guy with 1 guitar, 1 voice, and 1 harmonica will always be cool. Paul Jameson is the embodiment of that, in it's purest form.
With a voice reminiscent of Glen Phillips, and beautiful, straightforward song-writing, Paul is continuing on something that all the great Dylan-esq songwriters hope to do.
Songs about love, war, & life experience like these, are hard to ignore. Especially when those songs are in a vehicle such as the one Paul creates. Next time he is playing, get out and see him. This is what authentic song-writing sounds like.
