About Me.
My name is Johan Andersen. I play a Crystal Beasts deck. I'm a new student hailing from North Academy I, enter Duel Academy in the third year. Invited along with my fellow overseas champions from around the world by Sheppard, I was most secretive of my identity, even with those I was supposed to be traveling with. Although I did not board the ship that was to take the champions to their final destination, Amon Garam expected that I would appear once they reached Duel Academy. I was known simply as a "ghost" or the "mystery man" until I officially introduced during the school's year-opening ceremony.
Similar to Jaden Yuki, I have possessed the ability to communicate with Duel Monster spirits since I was a child. My spirit partner is Ruby Carbuncle, whom I affectionately nicknamed "Ruby". Although Ruby is seen most frequently by his side, I consider all of my monsters a part of my "family," for they themselves selected me as their master.
