I still live in the city I grew up in. Left long enough for college, then moved right on back again. I have a degree in psychology, with my main interest in grief counseling, and a photography studio as well. I graduated from Western Oregon University in 1997. I have worked for the State of Oregon for the past ten years. I also own and operate my photo studio, in addition to volunteering with the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep organization and the American Child Photographers Charity Guild. I am the myspace administrator for the Howling Acres Wolf Sanctuary, which I volunteer at, and I am also the team captain for the Will Walk For Cure relay team for the Forest Grove Relay For Life annual event to support the American Cancer Society. I serve on the relay committee in the capacity of team development and recruitment co-chair. Recently, I started working on call for the Hillsboro Police Department on their domestic violence response team (DVRT). And, I am a production assistant for the Ghost Adventures series.
My family enjoys hiking and time together, and I also love photography, scrapbooking, digital image editing, and reading. Reading has been my long time love, since even before photography. I also have discovered a great interest in the paranormal.
I have two cats, Bodiam, and Azrael.
I enjoy reading more than television, but when I do watch I enjoy Alias, Charmed, CSI Las Vegas, Crossing Over with John Edward, Ghost Whisperer, Will and Grace, Supernatural, Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, American Idol, and Extreme Makeover Home Edition as well as Dark Angel. I am a fan of Firefly and Serenity.
