About Me

Hello Friends of Roxbury! As you can see we have re-vamped the web site and enhanced its look. Thanks go out to Greg for putting in the hours and working on the newly designed web site. As you look through the web site, we have added a new photo gallery link so you can look at the pictures from each of our shows! I will be adding photos as we play each and every night! (If you have taken pictures at a show, I will graciously put them on the web site. Send them to [email protected]. Roxbury in 2008 is gearing up to be freaking amazing! We started out the year again at the Knotty Pines, and have been frequenting the Phat Pheasant (Windom, MN), the Backroads Bar (Clemets, MN), Elkton Bar (Elkton, S.D.), and our ever-favorite bar in Canton S.D. The Sportsman Bar! We have been having a blast playing out on the road entertaining fans all over…and I mean all over! We recently made our way down to The Outer Limits in Terril, IA and had a blast at big Mike’s birthday bash! That particular show was so special and will have legendary status for years to come. Such a small town, but with so many fans in attendance that wanted to ROCK all night long! We’ll see everyone at The Outer Limits Street Dance on August 15th! The Phat Pheasant has been our home away from home and has hosted some of the greatest fans and shows that Roxbury has seen. A big thanks goes out to Amber, Spring, Jenny, Kenny, and Cheryl for their devotion to our shows! The Pheasant always has been our favorite bar to play at and their fans are always rowdy and ready for ROCK! Our St. Patty’s Weekend South Dakota Tour was full of excitement and crazy green looking people. At the Sportsman’s Bar in Canton, S.D. their crowds always demand our ROCK genius and prowess. It was exciting getting back to Canton after so many months away. On that following Saturday we played at the Elkton Bar in S.D. We got to see even more crazy looking green people have a blast with Roxbury at the helm of their St. Patty’s weekend party! (I was the only one that remembered to wear GREEN that night, way to go you guys!) On March 29th we played down in Jackson and Bucksnorts Brew Ha Ha. So many people again came out to see Roxbury. We had massive amounts of huge fun at the show in Jackson. We have to say thanks to Bridget the bar owner for treating us like true Rock stars and letting us play in her bar! The fans in Jackson are some of the craziest rock heads I have ever seen! We’ll see you all again real soon! And then lastly just this past weekend in New Ulm, MN we played at a new venue called Trips. I cannot describe how amazingly much fun we all had at Trips. The crowd was huge and the fans were crazy for more, more, and MORE! We all decided that we want to go back again, again, and again to Trips! I must say thanks to everyone that came out last Saturday to see a band they had never seen before – just check out the pic’s, their amazing. THANK YOU!!!! New Update on the CD:We have finished about 70% of the new CD. We’re hoping to get the CD out before summer starts. We have 2 Roxbury originals and 4 cover songs that we have Roxburyized for you to enjoy. So keep begging for the CD because we will get it out! Again thank you goes out to everyone that has enjoyed our music and supported us on the road. We are starting to enter the Street Dance season very quickly so be sure to mark your calendars to see us! We’ll see ya out on the road!
