Established in the Fall 2004 semester, the Cal State Fullerton chapter of Hip Hop Congress’ purpose is to design, produce, and initiate positive projects and events that shall benefit the student body and community. We utilize Hip Hop culture as a means for human development, but are not strictly limited to Hip Hop. We also strive to set up a global network where artists and like-minded individuals can connect and share resources.
