About Me

We are having another baby, yes another one! I wonder a little about my sanity and why a house full of kids sounds wonderful instead of scary, but crazy or not, we are looking forward to having three kids. My new dream car has turned into a Volvo wagon, you know the one with the extra seats in the back (just in case we decide to have four kids!) It's funny how life turns out, there are just some things you cannot predict, but my loving and equally crazy husband seems to think like I do, so I guess that's all that matters! Dylan is really excited about having another little one around, he is the greatest big brother to Daniel, I love it that they're so close. He insists that I'm having a girl and has been referring to the baby as "she", like what are we going to name "her" and "she" is growing inside my belly. Maybe he knows something I don't, but the results on that won't be in until the end of March. Still in FL, but lots of changes in the works, going to be a busy year!..

I'd like to meet:

more normal people, they are hard to find!

Music:

the basics would be: Dave Matthews, KT Tunstall, Madonna, Van Morrison, Led Zeppelin, Indigo Girls, Alanis, Bob Seager, Jack Johnson, lots more, but mostly listen to the radio for a constant variety and stuff I can sing along to in the car with only Dylan as a witness, poor kid, mom cannot sing!

Movies:

yes, love them! long time faves would be: When Harry Met Sally, Stand by Me, Orgazmo, Office Space, Harry Potter, used to love scary thrillers but motherhood took the fun out of those, get too worked up now! Also a sucker for anything romantic, not the warm and fuzzy kind, but the real stuff, where you laugh and cry and most importantly, never doubt that they were meant to be together - destiny and all that!!

Television:

Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Prison Break reruns of Sex and the City, Everybody Loves Raymond, X-Files

Books:

Magazines- Health, Parenting, Energy Times, but even those are stacking up unread for lack of time. I have a stack of books by my bedside, but just too tired these days to dig in.

Heroes:

Lately, my grandmother, she survived 6 kids (two sets of twins) and they are so close now as adults, inspires me as a mother and how I want my family to be. Also my kids, they teach me the important things in life every day.
