Welcome to My World..
Wonderfully busy and full, that best describes my life, so I don't do a lot of personal emailing.. this is a good place to keep up with what is going on in our world. My LJ serves two basic purposes for me. First, it helps me to keep a record of what's going on in my life. I have kept this one continuous journal, longer then I've ever written in any of the myriad of paper journals I've started in the past. Second, I like to let people look through a window and share in my life. I try to keep my entries no longer then a paragraph, or put them behind a cut tag.. so as not to eat up an enormous amount of my friends journal space. (I also post pictures of things going on in my life a lot.) I write about almost EVERYTHING that is going on in my life.. good, bad & the ugly.. I don't edit what I write based on what I think other people would want to hear.. first and foremost, this journal is for me.
I have created an "adult" filter; I'll use that to post more detailed stuff about some of the alternative activities I participate in; and also some of the uncropped photos that I feel comfortable sharing. If you add me as a friend, and you want to be on that filter, comment.. and after I get to know you, I'll probably add you. I will put entries on that filter behind a cut tag, so if you happen to be looking through your journal at work, they won't jump out at you...
I live in an "Intentional Family" home. We purchased land in the spring of 2005, and are working towards creating community available sacred space. My two permanent partners are ulesegisa and jormundgan; I also have a girlfriend who I adore, and a boyfriend that I spend as much time as possible with... We happily reside in the Pacific Northwest... We are Pagan, open-minded, environmentally inclined, kinky at times, avid artists, and many other things. We are also very much "Clan"-type of people, and tend to "travel in a pack"; so you will often find us in the company of many of the people listed on my LJ friends list (as well as a few others we haven't managed to lure into our LJ-addiction yet). Most of the "good stuff" is behind a friends filter, so if you want to really know what's going on in my life, "friend" me.. I'll check out your journal for a bit, and if you look like the kind of person I could be friends with in RL, I'll friend you back after a while... if you never put anything personal in your journal, so I can't get a "feel" for who you are.. well, I probably won't friend you.. nothing personal... I also periodically randomly friend people who look like they would be interesting... No; I'm not stalking you.. I just like to read about interesting peoples lives.
