Words Can Only Truly Be Defined By That Person's Actions.....

About Me

I am without a doubt a Dodger Fan for life!!!! A brotha who can have fun, but knows when to keep things civil. A person who holds his ethnic background and culture to its highest value. I am a typical Leo. I am a person who does not like to hold back and is pretty much frank and blunt about almost everything. If you ask me for the truth, Ill give it to you. A person who enjoys the finer things in life and does not mind sharing them with someone who deserves to share them with.

Tribute To My Boys...... The Greatest Moment In Dodger History...Period. Enjoy!!! BIG SHAQ LIKE WHAT!!!!The Greatest Center Of All Time.....

My Interests

I guess you can call me a Film and Music connoisseur if you will. My main loves in life are Film, Music, and Sports. They all bring up a lot of different emotions which make me view the world in a different light. I am a conversationalist who can listen and get my point across when need be. I appreciate individuals who are upfront, those that are, gain my respect faster than most. With me, respect and trust are earned, not given. I like to think that as we go through the trials of life, we learn from our experiences, and apply what we learn to the next challenge that life throws us. Thats why I think that History is such a valuable tool that we need to utilize more, but dont get me started with that! I dont want to sound too preachy so we'll leave it there...............

My boys call it "The Stealth", kinda fitting don't you think??? Thanks for the vision, Tre.....

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet every one of the people that I have mentioned previously as my heroes, but of all of them the one that I would mostly like to meet would be the one and only Tupac Amaru Shakur. The most prolific and influential MC to have ever lived. Without him, Hip-Hop would not be where it is today. Female-wise Musically, would be Christina Aguilera and Mariah Carey, not just because of their looks(both of which are extremely attractive), but also because of their tremendous talent and vocal range.Women in Film would be Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba. Angelina has challenged herself with the roles that she has taken and has won an Oscar along the way while still staying sexy as hell. Jessica has a way to go in that respect, but she has caught my eye anyway.

Music:

My mind is a deep ocean of music. Everything from Hip-Hop to Jazz to Rock En Espanol to Classical to Electronica to Freestyle to Heavy Metal to R&B to Soft Rock to Classic Rock and so forth. When it comes to music, Variety is a great thing. You learn to appreciate Music for what its worth: The soundtrack to your Life. As you know, my appreciation for music runs deep, but if I have to pick my favorite genre it would have to be Hip-Hop. Im not talking about that shit thats on the radio either. What I mostly hear is artists like Little Brother and Foreign Exchange (The Whole Justus League for that matter), Common, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, The Roots, De La Soul, Tupac(Of Course), and a lot of West Coast Underground cats like Jurassic 5, Blackalicious, The Pharcyde, Dilated Peoples, and Hieroglyphics. Other underground acts like Jean Grae, Afu-Ra, Slum Village, Royce Da 5'9, Mystic, k-OS, Nine, Pharoahe Monch. From the old school underground front, Kool G Rap, Black Moon, Mobb Deep(the first three albums), WU-Tang, Pete Rock, Lords of the Underground, Brand Nubian, Camp Lo, Poor Righteous Teachers, etc. You guys get the picture.

Movies:

Film is a way to escape reality for a couple of hours and delve into other peoples lives........... My favorite movie of all time is "Field of Dreams" for its obvious depiction of how the greatest sport, Baseball, can generate magic like no other. The greatest movie of all time is hard to say, but I can name my top five: 1. Lord of the Rings(Return of the King) 2. Titanic 3. Pulp Fiction 4. Empire Strikes Back 5. GoodfellasHonorable Mention: Reservoir Dogs, The Exorcist, Heat

Several of my other films I love...

Television:

Nip/Tuck, Old School Monday Night Raw(The Attitude Era), Entourage, Almost all the CelebReality shows on VH-1 and of course watching my favorite sports like Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, and Football. Network TV is not up to par with Cable

Books:

I am a big reader. I'm the kind of person that does not take everything at face value. Most of the material that I read is pretty much controversial to most which is probably the reason why I would actually read it. My favorites would be The Rose That Grew From Concrete, The Best Democracy Money Can Buy, Dante's "Inferno" and "La Divina Commedia", Plato's The Republic, and of course Catcher In The Rye(although I wouldnt actually purchase it).

Heroes:

This is pretty tricky.....I have heroes in all aspects of life. Socially, Politically, Musically, and Filmwise. I also look up to certain sports figures as well. I love people who dont give a shit, who are confident and know that they are always right and will try to prove themselves no matter what the consequences might be. That would explain why the following people inspire me in different ways: Tupac Shakur(obviously), Bill Clinton(one of the greatest presidents of all time), Malcolm X(great leader who became what he was after seeing the error of his ways), Stanley Kubrick(a visionary director who no one can touch and whose films are classified as breakthrough to this day), George Carlin(the greatest political satirist of all time), Bo Jackson(a pure athlete who personified greatness), Shaquille O'Neal(In my opinion the most dominant player of all time who carried a Laker team to 3 consecutive titles and one of only a handful of players that make other teammates better), and Kirk Gibson(the epitome of the balls out, dont give a shit if Im hurt type of a player who will go down in Dodger Lore as the player who gave us the greatest home run ever hit).
