The Rise and Fall (TRAF) is a hardcore, metal band from Stony Point. Consisting of 4 members: Curtis, Waffles, Mikey and Brendan. Each bring a unique taste of music to the band. TRAF does everything out of fun, not as an attempt to get signed. Each show to them is special and a chance to have as much fun as possible. The most important thing to them is to make sure the fans are having a fun time and enjoying TRAF's music.
We have been accused of "stealing" songs. We ensure you that each song is written out of fun and an attempt to sound like no other band. As you can imagine it's nearly impossible to sound like no one else, therefore if we have a song that's similar to another band it's simply just a coincidence. We will try and change anything minor that sounds like another band (such as a breakdown, a lyric, or a riff)
